The Rocky Horror Picture Show will come to life at Kings Theatre on Halloween this year as part of its 49th Anniversary Spectacular Tour. Actor Barry Bostwick will host this live interactive musical comedy experience. This stop on the tour is one of over 40 stops in cities across the country where the cult classic will be brought back to life as The Shadow Cast hilariously acts out the movie on stage while the movie plays on screen.
Twenty One Pilots to Host 'Clancy' Global Listening Parties

GRAMMY® Award winning duo Twenty One Pilots have partnered with independent record stores and various venues around the world to host global listening parties for their highly anticipated forthcoming album Clancy. The events, which will take place May 18th - May 23rd, will see over 200 stores around the world hosting fans to listen to Clancy in its entirety up to a full week before its release date.

The Hails have announced that they will be headlining Gainesville, Florida’s infamous High Dive’s last hurrah, All Hail High Dive, before closure. Taking place on May 19, with support still to be announced, the indie five-piece is the perfect example of the musical launch pad High Dive has been for the Florida music scene over the last decade plus. Last week, High Dive’s founder and owner Pat Lavery shared on social media that the venue is coming to a sudden end after their landlord informed them they had 30 days to vacate to make way for the new owner who will redevelop the property.

I was doubtful of Doubtfire. Musicals fashioned out of nonmusical comedy films are seldom stellar, and unlike so many of the patrons inside Dr. Phillips Center on opening night, I hadn’t grown up on 1993’s Mrs. Doubtfire movie, so I couldn’t count on nostalgia to pull me through. I figured I was in for a Tootsie Part Two.
